President Obama’s speech regarding health care reform was presented to the nation on Wednesday, September 9, 2009. This speech was presented live, and was available on most major networks. The speech, clocking in at less then one hour, focused on Obama’s description of health care reform. Below is my interpertaton of the speech, and includes my personal opinions. I suggest you watch the video yourself and form your own opinion. I am an Independent Conservative, and am rational and can form my own opinion. I have decided to review the speech with an open mind, and see what Obama plans in his health care plan.

This evening President Obama will make a prime time speech concerning the current state of governmental run health care reform. One can assume Obama’s job will be to convince Americans that health care reform is an urgent requirement that cannot be ignored. While this will most likely include tactics to sell the plan, there are numerous questions that need to be answered. With his speech running around the 35 minute mark, I think we all need to be mindful of the following questions Obama needs to answer tonight.

Now that the speech has been delivered, it is time to finally review the finished product. As you may be aware, many Republicans were afraid Obama’s speech was intended to brainwash the nation’s kids to Obama’s socialist agenda. The White House decided to make a preview of the speech available on Monday so parents can decide if they want their children to hear the speech. The preview, in my opinion, was a speech aimed at personal responsibility for our children to do well in school. I did not detect a socialist agenda within the preview. Now that the actual speech has been delivered, we can now review the final product.

It is now labor day of 2009, and President Obama has given a draft of the speech he intends to tell the nation’s school children tomorrow. Many were afraid the speech would be used as an attempt to influence school children to Obama’s agenda. Overall, I felt these people needed to grow up, as you do not yet know the content of the speech to form a rational opinion. Now that a preview of the speech has been made available from the white house, we can now review it’s contents.

I sometimes think we have entered into a universe where all logic and sanity have faded from existence. President Obama is going to give a speech on Tuesday to the nation’s school children on, supposedly, staying in school. Some seem to view this as unacceptable, stating the real intention is to brainwash children into accepting Obama’s socialist vision. Many school districts are allowing children to skip the speech if approved by their parents. These children will be allowed to go to study hall or someplace where they will not be exposed to the speech. Overall, I find this pathetic, for reasons you may not expect.
